You may contact our Jewelry Expert by e-mail, we will do our best to answer all your questions. We will use the e-mail address you provide to answer your questions, or to respond to your requests for service. Your email address is not used for any other purpose, and we do not share our members or visitors e-mail addresses with any other companies.

 

How Long Will It take to Get My Items?

  • Every ring is made to order to ensure you get a ring that's new and never been worn by anyone.
  • Most items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
  • If you need your item sooner please contact us to check for Overnight delivery availability to your location.

 

What Are Your Shipping Policies?

Domestic Shipping

Packages shipped to locations in the United States will be shipped via USPS and insured for your protection. Most orders over $800 will ship for free to any state in Continental United States.

International Shipping

All international orders are subject to final verification. Packages sent outside the United states will be sent via insured USPS Express Mail International unless other arrangements are made with us. Please note that once the package is mailed we will provide a delivery confirmation number and can no longer be responsible for its delivery. Any import taxes and duties charged by the destination country are not included and must be paid by the customer.

Free Shipping via USPS Express Mail International: For purchases over $1000.00 to United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and Canada.

 

Do You Have Layaway?

An interest free layaway plan is now available for your convenience. Choose to pay over 2 or 3 months with a 25% deposit due at the close of the auction or purchase. Should a buyer not complete full payment as agreed, any contributed payments are not refundable.

Do You Do Engravings?

Engravings are available for select items up to 8 characters including symbols. If there is a particular item you would like engraved but the option is not available on the website, you can still ask for it. Please contact us by phone or email. Engravings are free of charge. Please note that all personalized (engraved) items are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.

 

What is your policy on pieces made in Platinum?

All Anzor Jewelry designs come with a 10-day money-back guarantee minus shipping or special handling charges. Due to the high costs of casting and refining platinum, there is a recycling charge of $200 or 20% of value, whichever is higher, on any platinum return. Additionally, we will clean and re-polish your ring for life at no charge; you just pay for return shipping. This warranty is highly unusual for custom-made jewelry and is generously offered because we consistently exceed our customer's expectations and rarely receive returns. When we do, we happily honor this warranty.

 

How long will I have to wait for a refund?

The first credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded.

 

Return Policy:

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. Wear it. Enjoy it. Show it off. If within 14 days from receipt of your purchase you change your mind or you're not completely satisfied for any other reason, you may return the item. For returns of items made in platinum, there is a $200 or 20% recycling charge, whichever is higher. All products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds. Engraved items are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.

All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the free gift.

To return your purchase, please follow these instructions:

1. Please read the information on the back of your original shipping document and enclose it with your purchase (in the original packaging if possible). --OR--

2. If you do not have your original shipping document, please provide us with your name, address, phone number and order number.

3. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, USPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your jewelry is lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only.
